Purchased at a department store event.
I often see dry sake, but I personally prefer sweet or doshiri sake and am often misled by the description "dry".
The sake was labeled "sweet" on the sales floor, and I was curious and decided to purchase it after talking with the clerk.
It had a mellow mouthfeel that did not remind me of its 19% alcohol content, the umami of rice, and the sweetness unique to nama-zake.
There was no lingering aftertaste, and the description "sweet" was an exaggeration, as it was very easy to drink.
I would like to purchase it again next year in some form.
Personal Daiginjo optimal solution
(Since the second day, miscellaneous flavors start to appear, it is recommended to finish the bottle on the first day.
On the first day, it was smooth to drink and not enough for my personal taste.
On the second day, the flavor and the ginjo aroma are more noticeable, and the taste is to my personal liking.
I bought it for about 1300 yen.
We chilled it and drank it.
It is gorgeous and fruity like Junmai Ginjo.
I heard that the demand for sake decreased due to the closure of restaurants due to Corona, and the brewery closed this spring because they couldn't expect to make a profit in the future.
I'll buy another bottle before the stock runs out😎.
