This year, the sweetness and sourness are well-balanced and assertive, and the taste is mellow. The mouthfeel is like a fresh pear! It's refreshing and easy to drink compared to the light nigori. You can drink it easily and get drunk. One week after opening the bottle It gets drunk very fast! It is better to drink it as soon as possible while it is still fresh.

Last week, on a snowy day. I was looking at the snow and wanted to drink this for a long time This picture was taken when I was chilling outside in the morning. However, it cleared up at noon and the snow melted away. I was somewhat discouraged and decided not to open the bottle that day. Yesterday, it was snowing again. I couldn't suppress my desire to drink it, so I opened the bottle again! It has a dry mouthfeel that is typical of Aki-Deer! The carbonation was a little strong on the first day. On the second day, the carbonation was gone moderately and the delicious rice flavor exploded! Compared to Aragoshi Nama, this one is more dry and refreshing. Aragoshi Nama is more mellow. This one has a stronger alcohol taste. Both are delicious, though!

Long time no spring of sweet water When I drank it before, I didn't like the flavor or the aftertaste aroma (smell?). I didn't like the flavor or the aftertaste (smell?) when I drank it before, so I avoided it after that, but I chose it because it was recommended to go well with sukiyaki. When I put it in my mouth, I felt the same aroma as before, so I guess it is unique to Lifen. However, this time, when I drank it after eating beef, the aroma was not bothering me anymore! It seems to go well with the fat of beef. The lightness of the overall feeling on the palate was remarkable, and it made my mouth feel refreshed and my meal more satisfying. It is not a bad choice if you want to drink it with food like we did this time, but it may not be my favorite sake on its own. It is my personal preference. After the second day, the aroma I didn't like became only slightly noticeable. Then it is too crisp and not enough. It's my preference. Would it be better to leave it for a few days?
