Since the price went up, I had been satisfied with sasanigori, but this year they came out with a four-pack, so I bought it for the first time in a long while.
We will enjoy it in the open-air bath.
Dark sake.
I recommend drinking it fresh with a gaseous feeling right after opening the bottle!

Long time no spring of sweet water
When I drank it before, I didn't like the flavor or the aftertaste aroma (smell?). I didn't like the flavor or the aftertaste (smell?) when I drank it before, so I avoided it after that, but I chose it because it was recommended to go well with sukiyaki.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt the same aroma as before, so I guess it is unique to Lifen.
However, this time, when I drank it after eating beef, the aroma was not bothering me anymore!
It seems to go well with the fat of beef.
The lightness of the overall feeling on the palate was remarkable, and it made my mouth feel refreshed and my meal more satisfying.
It is not a bad choice if you want to drink it with food like we did this time, but it may not be my favorite sake on its own.
It is my personal preference.
After the second day, the aroma I didn't like became only slightly noticeable.
Then it is too crisp and not enough. It's my preference. Would it be better to leave it for a few days?
