Delicious again this year!
It is good that it is not sweet!
Comfortable and easy to get used to!
I wanted to buy another bottle, but they were sold out!
I'll buy two bottles next year!
I'll have it hot.
Sake! After a firm mouthfeel, it has a pleasantly gentle mellowness that is typical of Fusozuru!
Compared to Tenkakushi Nigori, it has a more macho taste.
On a cold day like today, it warms your body from the core!
Another bottle was opened in the New Year's mood.
Slightly effervescent with a thickened mouthfeel
Fruity sweet aroma
Grapefruit-like sweetness and acidity with a slight bitter aftertaste
Sweeter and less acidic than last year's
A gift.
The one we opened together was a Kuroryu no Shizuku, so I can't help but give it an inferior rating in comparison!
Light on the palate. A little sweetness, a little bitterness in the aftertaste
Overall, it's not bad, but it doesn't have much character.
gift
We prefer this Junmai Ginjo to Daiginjo.
Fruity mouthfeel with a hint of apple-like sweetness.
But the aftertaste is not too sweet and goes well with food.
Compared to Gikyo and Chochin, which we usually drink, it has less sourness, bitterness, and alcohol, giving it a more elegant impression.
gift
Fruity mouthfeel like apple
sweet like a fruit wine
This is sweeter than Junmai Ginjo
Elegant sweetness
Not too sweet, but a little too sweet to be paired with food.
Long time no see, Chochin light nigori
Since the price went up, I had been satisfied with sasanigori, but this year they came out with a four-pack, so I bought it for the first time in a long while.
We will enjoy it in the open-air bath.
Dark sake.
I recommend drinking it fresh with a gaseous feeling right after opening the bottle!
Long time no spring of sweet water
When I drank it before, I didn't like the flavor or the aftertaste aroma (smell?). I didn't like the flavor or the aftertaste (smell?) when I drank it before, so I avoided it after that, but I chose it because it was recommended to go well with sukiyaki.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt the same aroma as before, so I guess it is unique to Lifen.
However, this time, when I drank it after eating beef, the aroma was not bothering me anymore!
It seems to go well with the fat of beef.
The lightness of the overall feeling on the palate was remarkable, and it made my mouth feel refreshed and my meal more satisfying.
It is not a bad choice if you want to drink it with food like we did this time, but it may not be my favorite sake on its own.
It is my personal preference.
After the second day, the aroma I didn't like became only slightly noticeable.
Then it is too crisp and not enough. It's my preference. Would it be better to leave it for a few days?
It's getting colder in the morning and evening.
I've started to warm up
A natural sweetness that sinks into the body
The natural sweetness that makes your body happy
Calm and peaceful taste
This sake is becoming a staple of our heated sake.
Fruity and refreshing taste.
It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk easily.
While picking up the gingko nuts that we received.
Both food and sake go forward.
Aroma of melon upon opening the bottle.
Fruity in the mouth.
However, it is not too sweet and has a good aftertaste.
You can't help but drink too much of it!
I try not to drink on weekdays.
But I'm happy to drink a little bit, so here's a toast!
The taste is stable right after opening the bottle!
It has a refreshing dry mouthfeel with a good amount of sweetness and acidity, and it's delicious!
It would go well with dried firefly squid!
Second bottle of this year's fall sake.
The alcohol taste is a little strong right after opening the bottle.
When you taste it with your whole tongue, the full flavor gradually spreads.
Second day after opening the bottle
The sweetness has increased and the mouthfeel has improved.
Still a little hardness remains.
Although the sun is still shining during the day, the morning and evening air is cool and autumn-like.
Here is the first bottle of this year's autumn sake!
Light on the palate, but not too light, and easy to drink with a refreshing taste!
It has a sense of transparency that easily soaks into your body.
It is easy to drink too much!
A robust flavor that is typical of Chochin
Bitter aroma and aftertaste like grapefruit
Slightly effervescent, followed by a thickening sensation.
Seems to go well with autumn flavors.
The smell of alcohol was bothersome when the bottle was first opened, but it calmed down a little the next day.
The flavor exploded after about a week. It seems to go well with simmered sweet potato!
It was delicious in a four-pack, so I'll have it again in a one-pack.
Icebreaker on the rocks on a hot day is very special!
Comparison with Akizuka Hiya!
On a very hot day like today, the Ice Breaker is more acidic and tasty!
