The brewery is called Otokoyama Shuzo, and is located in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. A familiar liquor store said that they had not stocked much of this sake until now. Since it is from Kesennuma, I imagined that it suffered considerable damage in the Great East Japan Earthquake.
I opened the sealed bottle to see what kind of sake it was. It has a faint ginjo aroma. It is a moderately fruity sake with a rather sweet taste! The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees, and the word "lightnig" seems to refer to a bolt from the bolt, but it has a pretty robust flavor.
I'll keep an eye out for it: ‼️
