I have had another kind of Oze no Yukidoke, but this is the first Junmai Daiginjo made with Omachi.
The label says it has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apples, refreshing acidity, and a full-bodied sweetness. How does it taste?
When I opened the package and brought my nose to the bottle, I could smell a nice aroma!
Aromatic is exactly what it is: ‼️
And then a sip. Ah, it's fruit🍎! It's an apple🍏‼️ There is some acidity, but there is quite a bit of sweetness that lingers in the mouth!
No snacks are needed for this one!
This is a sake to be savored carefully.
It's a Daiginjo sake, after all!
