A bottle purchased on a trip. It is a local sake made of 100% Gohyakumangoku. I enjoyed it while eating tempura, and it was delicious! A refreshing and gentle sake. I love the taste.

This is a dish I got from my hometown. We had a beef tongue & halami festival last night and it was a good combination with a dry, clean taste that did not interfere with the meal👍.

I found it at the local supermarket and haven't made roast beef in a while because it goes so well with meat, but it goes so well! Izumibashi, as expected 😄.

I had missed drinking it. I got to have it on New Year's Eve and it is a wonderful sake. It's refreshing and the sweetness of the rice can be felt in the aftertaste, very much to my liking👍.

The one I couldn't finish on my recent trip to Kusatsu. Very flat, or worse, featureless, but a clear tasting sake that doesn't interfere with food👍.

One of my hometown's tax gifts. I tend to buy junmai sake when I buy it for myself, but honjozo sake is good too! It is a good sake that goes well with meat dishes and is refreshing and easy to drink👍.

For a get well celebration. A little subtle to my taste buds, but a delicious drink with a refreshing aftertaste! It was melon type. It was the best sake I've had in a long time👍.

It is really delicious. I like Junmai and Junmai Ginjo, but Junmai Daiginjo is amazing in its purity.
