Got a sake that's only available in Yamaguchi Prefecture! They seem to use a yeast that is not in the standard product. (It seems to be made with a yeast that is not in the standard range (No. 7?). I drank it all up on the second day of purchase. It's delicious.
Another2021 was a junmai ginjo low al. 2022 was a junmai sake 15 degrees. The image of Ganki is completely different from the previous ones, with a sweet and sour quality. It seems to be addictive.
Low al 13 degrees. Is the aroma old-fashioned? No. It is ideal as a food sake with a robust flavor and sharpness that does not make you feel the low alcohol content. It is important for me, but I can drink as many glasses as I want.
It is no longer a summer tradition. Lately, I have been thinking that sweet sake is more palatable and easier to drink, but on a hot day like today, it may be the best. By the way, today's entrée was gyoza. I think it is standard to drink beer with gyoza on a hot day, but this sake from Mr. Ganki also resets your tongue and you can keep drinking it forever. It is delicious.
Good evening, Tsuyodai-san. For the taste of summer, Mr. Ganki's dry sake really brings out the best of the ingredients. Both the sake and the entrée are delicious.
