It is no longer a summer tradition. Lately, I have been thinking that sweet sake is more palatable and easier to drink, but on a hot day like today, it may be the best. By the way, today's entrée was gyoza. I think it is standard to drink beer with gyoza on a hot day, but this sake from Mr. Ganki also resets your tongue and you can keep drinking it forever. It is delicious.
