My first nigori sake, I couldn't imagine what it would be like.
I was told to shake the bottle and drink it, so I shook it first and looked at the back.
It was difficult to follow the etiquette, but I opened the bottle without worrying about it.
The first sip was a gut feeling: this is the kind of flavor I like and gobble it up.
It has acidity, gas, and sweetness, all elements that I thought were not necessary in sake, but I don't find them annoying.
I am not sure if I like it as a sake, but it is definitely one of my favorite drinks in the world.
