This bottle was tasted and sold at the Yokohama Takashimaya Department Store. The brewery seems to have been rebuilt by six employees. Luxurious fruity taste lasts from the beginning to the end. Delicious.

The alcohol was a little sharp right out of the box, but after about 3 days in the fridge, it mellowed out and became fruity. It's so good you can drink as many as you want.

Bought with the atmosphere of the label and the challenge to Fukuoka. 1,100 yen at Kitano Ace. Despite its appearance, it's a solid nigori sake. This is good.

This is the best daiginjo under 1,000 yen that I have ever tasted. Not quite watery, but medium bodied with a banana melon scent that is easy to drink. Just like the description on the label. I would buy it again. @Super AVE

I thought it was a bit peculiar when served cold, but it was just right when served hot, which is what the Gold Award is for. It's also good cold or on the rocks for a refreshing drink.
