The second bottle, the snack is sashimi of akamutsu (red mullet). Purchased at a fresh fish store in Hamada City! The sake is ordinary, but the nodoguro (northern sea bream) is very tasty!
At home in Hiroshima, the fish is iwagaki (rock oysters) bought in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture. The sake is normal and refreshing. The iwagaki is small but tasty!
At home in Hiroshima, the side dish was stir-fried bluefin squid caught in Shimane. It is very tasty with a mellow taste. I should have bought another bottle. T)
At Iwakuni Kintaihashi Airport in Iwakuni City, Japan. I drank Ottersai before, but it was very tasty with more aftertaste! (It is expensive, but it is very tasty!) Thank you very much for the meal!
At home in Hiroshima, the snack was grilled Sado-belly eggplant. Sake is delicious, but Sado belly eggplant is very tasty and mellow! Thank you for the treat 😋.
In Kagoshima City, snacks are Satsuma chicken sashimi and nama-masu. Shochu is sold, but we finally found local sake at Yume Town! It is sweet and delicious. It goes well with sweet sashimi soy sauce.
The second one, Aizumicho, snack is sashimi of sea robin. Purchased at Yume Town. The sake is made from sake rice (Yamadanishiki) grown with local children.
It is made by the same sake brewer as Naruto Tai and tastes sweet and delicious! It tastes even better because we are on a tour of 100 famous castles!
