The second bottle, the snack is sashimi of akamutsu (red mullet). Purchased at a fresh fish store in Hamada City! The sake is ordinary, but the nodoguro (northern sea bream) is very tasty!
At home in Hiroshima, the fish is iwagaki (rock oysters) bought in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture. The sake is normal and refreshing. The iwagaki is small but tasty!
At home in Hiroshima, the side dish was stir-fried bluefin squid caught in Shimane. It is very tasty with a mellow taste. I should have bought another bottle. T)
