At home in Hiroshima, I had sashimi of okoze and fried ara as snacks. It was the first time for me to try Okoze sashimi, but it was delicious and went very well with sake. Maybe because they are from Iwakuni, too. Thank you very much!

At home in Hiroshima, snacks include dried yellowtail and Camembert cheese. Purchased at a roadside station. The taste is peculiar and moderate. However, it goes well with dried kibinago fish. ⚪︎ Thank you very much for the meal!

In Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, snacks are oni saba zushi (mackerel sushi) and kibinago nanbanzuke (pickled radish), both of which are souvenirs from the Goto Islands. After taking a sauna, I was ready to go. Sake is good after all. Thank you very much for the meal!

At home in Hiroshima, the side dish is Shoboan cod roe. The spicy cod roe goes well with the spicy cod roe. Easy to drink but not boring (I think lol). Thank you very much for the meal!

At home in Hiroshima, I had cheetara as a side dish. It was a continuation of yesterday's dish, but the flavor was not lost, probably because it was vacuum-packed!
