At home in Hiroshima, I had sashimi of okoze and fried ara as snacks. It was the first time for me to try Okoze sashimi, but it was delicious and went very well with sake. Maybe because they are from Iwakuni, too. Thank you very much!

In Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, snacks are oni saba zushi (mackerel sushi) and kibinago nanbanzuke (pickled radish), both of which are souvenirs from the Goto Islands. After taking a sauna, I was ready to go. Sake is good after all. Thank you very much for the meal!
