It was so good when I drank it in Osaka that I ordered it for dinner. It is a little sweet and you feel like you have drunk sake. The sake rice is Omachi. The rice polishing ratio is 80%. It is said that the rice is not polished too much and the taste is pursued as it is.

This sake was drunk on a family trip to a hot spring. What a surprise, the rice polishing ratio is 90%! It's a sake that's somewhere between wine and sake. It seems to be suitable for sweet drinkers. If you find it, please try it.

The sake cup is different from usual...(I'm going home to my parents) It's a sake from Hokkaido. Otokoyama is famous, isn't it? It seems you can buy it at the local supermarket. It is a little sweet taste as described. I drank it with hot pot and rice flour bread. They go well together! Otokoyama is basically light and dry, so it is rare.

I bought this sake on a trip to Kururi Line. It's a bargain product, and I think it's made from sake rice, Yamadanishiki, Omachi and Comet... I've forgotten, but it's like that. It's good for drinking before or during a meal. It is not good with oily food. It goes well with fish and vegetables.

I bought this sake by mail order in autumn. It's a sake brewery near my hometown! It's not pure rice sake, but they say they customize the taste by adding a little brewing alcohol. I wonder if it can be fine-tuned in a way that pure rice sake can't. It tastes dry!

Junmai-shu (polished rice ratio 60%). When you put it in your mouth, you feel a little sweetness, and then it is dry. It doesn't go well with oily snacks. It goes well with sashimi. It's a Shizuoka sake, so maybe it goes well with seafood.

Am I allowed to post this? (lol) I bought this sake when I took the Oigawa Railway. I bought it because the vessel is interesting, but... It's a little sweet, but the alcohol is high. Isn't it good to have something like this once in a while?

This drink is amazing! The sweetness, spiciness, and acidity feel well balanced. And it's not that expensive. It's only available locally, so I'm jealous.

When I went to Fukushima on a business trip, I bought this to drink on the Shinkansen, but I brought it back without drinking it. Because it is a traditional sake, it has a rich sweet taste, but it has a hard aftertaste. It is a sake that can be drunk consistently and will disappear before you know it.

The brewery told me to drink it chilled! I was told. I'm a basic chiller, so no problem. Easy to drink! Modern drinkers like it (I've taken the liberty of dividing it into two categories: old-time drinkers and modern drinkers). It's refreshing and easy to drink.

It is a little unusual sake. It is said to be made from white koji. When you take a sip, you'll be like, "What the hell is this? What is this? Is it a citrus sour without carbonation? But it's not sour, it's refreshing, and it has a sake content of -4, but it's not sweet? I can't explain it... but it's delicious.

It tastes so strong! It's so dry. It's almost like raw, it's 19 degrees! I bet if you served this at a drinking party, it would be a hit!

The aroma is like walking in a rice paddy (unintelligible). This sake goes well with any kind of snacks. Isn't it spicy? I can't remember because I skipped posting it for a bit. But it's refreshing and a little sweet because it goes well with vegetable snacks.

I bought it with the autumn sake. The sake rice is Yamada Nishiki, the royal road. There were also Omachi and Miyamanishiki, but I thought it might be this one at first. I chose this one. It tastes sweet in the mouth and dry in the throat. I think it is. It seems to go well with refreshing snacks.

The rice polishing ratio is 55%, so is it Junmai Ginjo level? I like to drink undiluted sake with ice because it has a high alcohol content! But Hakkaisan is 17.5 degrees, so it's not that high. It's refreshingly dry. It's an unpasteurized sake, but it's even better when it's heated. Holy shit, I can drink a lot of Niigata-style sake...

Freshly opened! Is it sweet? I thought it was sweet, but after a few days in the fridge, it turned out to be dry. It's an interesting sake. I had it with salmon sashimi. Empty in no time at all.
