The drinking of Kanagawa continues. Because it's an emergency! (Bomb) This is the brewery which makes Tensei. It has a refreshing sweet taste with a little sourness. Fish would be good with it. Today I'm drinking it with tempura from Marugame Seimen, but it also goes well with vegetable tempura. It is made from Gohyakumangoku, a local sake rice.

According to the label, the rice polishing ratio is 60% and it is adjusted with brewing alcohol, so I guess it is a Ginjo-shu. I happened to drink it with natto (fermented soybeans), but it goes well with natto! It seems to go well with slightly fruity and habitual snacks (like sea urchin...)

The label says, "Dry Master, please give me a break. What do you mean, 'Kiyomashiban Jungin Hiyaoroshi Hen'? (lol) It's not made with Yamahai, it's properly made with Ikaramoto! As the label says, it is dry and refreshing. The sake rice is Yamadanishiki and the polishing ratio is 60%. Is it a refreshing drink? Or something like that? (meaning unknown). It goes well with tempura.

I think it is quite famous among the sake of Kanagawa. It's an autumn sake! It's lightly cloudy, so it has a weighty taste(?). Is it? It has a little sourness, and a fruity aroma that goes through the nose. I can't explain it well, but it's like this (^^;;

This sake is like a Kubota, a sake that you can go gung-ho with, and it's refreshing, so I think it goes well with refreshing snacks. I've been drinking it with thick fried tofu, and it's good. I think it tastes better when it's heated. I don't have a heated sake brewer, so I'll have to go buy some next time.

In the mouth, a slight fruity aroma comes through the nose. When it goes down the throat, it feels dry. It is dry but a little fruity? It will go well with many kinds of snacks. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki from Nagano prefecture.

This sake was purchased at the Slump Rally. The sake rice is Hitomebore from Miyagi prefecture. This is the first time to taste it. It doesn't have much acidity, so it's refreshing. It seems to go well with meat.

This is my favorite sake from my favorite brewery. It says it's dry, but it's good as an aperitif at first. The taste of the rice fills your mouth! Today's snack is Sime Mackerel, but it will go well with something a little peculiar. It is a Special Junmai (Polishing ratio 60), but it is as good as Junmai Ginjo. It's my first time drinking it, so I'm sorry for my strange impressions.
