What a Kagoshima sake! We didn't study enough and thought Kagoshima is shochu. Moreover, it is a taste which is liked recently. It has a fruit aroma and a mellow slightly sweet taste. It is recommended for young people.

I hadn't been to a liquor store in a while because I ran out of sake stock at home. This is a sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The quality of Yamaguchi is very high. Ottersai and Gangi... This sake is also very refreshing and easy to drink. It's raw sake, so it still has that freshly made carbonated feeling. There seems to be no acidity. The best way to enjoy unpasteurized sake is to pour it straight from the bottle and drink it. Next, shake the bottle before pouring and drinking. You can enjoy it with a slightly different taste.

Shimizu Sake Brewery Co. 1322 Nakano, Midori-ku, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture Closed on Sundays and holidays, I think. Since the sake brewery was not registered in Sake no Wa, I have included the details. The sake is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo with a slightly sweet and robust taste. I would recommend it to younger people as well. I digested it in a day with some delicious sashimi😅.

While the sake brewery festival could not be held due to some emergency, I bought a limited amount of autumn sake from a mail order shop. It's from a sake brewery near my parents' house. The rice polishing ratio is 50%. It's dry. It goes well with refreshing snacks.

Kanadake Shuzo's Junmai Ginjo sake is even served in the Grand Class on the Hokkaido and Tohoku Shinkansen. Goh no Kokoro is only available at the brewery for a whopping 1,000 yen! I envy the locals who can drink this delicious sake! It's refreshing and slightly dry. It is refreshing and slightly dry, and I personally like it because it is made in Hokkaido to a gin style.
