Yoro Shuzo Brewery, Ehime, Japan Polishing ratio 60 Special Junmai I'm getting drunk. Delicious. It has bitterness. There is sourness. Sweetness is weak but perceptible.

Alcohol 13 Rice: Koromi Nobukou Wooden Okehashi The acidity and sweetness are outstanding. It has a high sugar content but not too sweet. Easy to drink. It may be my favorite Niimasa.
