Surface Tension Reduction 🥹 I wanted to drink it because it's famous! I loved it! It was delicious and aromatic! I want to drink it again! I drank it with sashimi. The swordfish was delicious and handsome!

Sake made with Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima Order one that is dry but not too strong in sake taste. It tastes rich and delicious. I thought it had a satisfying taste! We had it at the authentic Yakitori Kei, a Daimyo Tehe affiliate.
