If you buy sake at the brewery, you can get a turmeric supplement as a free gift!
That's DHC Shuzo 😆 !
Slightly gassy with a hint of wood (cedar?). and a slight scent of wood (cedar?)...
I had some business to do near the brewery, so I dropped in on the way.
I was not planning to buy Kayama, but I was told that the price would be raised from April 1st, so I bought it, as I was planning to drink it soon anyway.

The alcohol content was a little high at 17-18 degrees, so I got drunk earlier than usual.
It's pronounced "chop-chop.

Sake degree +1
Acidity 2.1
We had it lukewarm.
A limited number of sake for the 125th anniversary of Eikoh
Sake degree -5
Acidity 1.4
I could feel the long aftertaste of the fruit aroma and the taste of "Shukyu".
I think it is rare to find a sake that you can soak up the aftertaste.
