This is a rare nama-shu that was filled on the day of the topping of the tank and released to the brewery, and is completely made to order. We were fortunate to be able to purchase a bottle that was sold out at the brewery.
This is a seasonal Junmai Namaishu from the Umenojuku Un series. During the frosty season, the fresh aroma of freshly squeezed sake is unleashed and leaves a refreshing aftertaste with a juicy mouthfeel.
