The Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture, is famous for its rice wine. Their top quality sake, Zenchidori (Uto). It has a rich aroma and taste like the best example of an aluzoe. You can drink as much as you want with the right amount of sharpness. This deliciousness is too good to be true.

Asamai Sake Brewery in Asamai-machi, Hiraga-gun, Akita Prefecture The work of the late Toji Moriya The taste of sake separation. An intense aroma reminiscent of brandy or whiskey, but with a taste that doesn't lose to it. Here is a new sake with perfect balance. But there was no one but me who could understand the greatness of this flavor.

This sake is from Oarai-machi, Higashiibaraki-gun, Ibaraki Prefecture. The flavor of the rice attacks you, but the sharpness makes you drink it. There are a lot of other sake from Ibaraki Prefecture that I'm interested in. I want to try them.

Shinsei Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture Sake rice: Kaizen Shinko This is one of a series called "Colors", in which you can enjoy the difference of each sake rice. It has a peachy taste with a hint of fizziness.

Shinsei Sake Brewery in Akita City, Akita Prefecture No.6 S The alcohol content is a mind-boggling 13% (the IPA beer I drank yesterday was 12.5%), but the taste is very delicate. The slight fizziness works well. Stable and tasty.

Toshima-ya Sake Brewery in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo. Unlike the usual hard feeling, it has a noticeable fullness. Is it because it is Omachi? It has a faint sweetness. Delicious!

This sake is the highest peak of the Oroku Sake Brewery in Higashiizumo-cho, Yatsuka-gun, Shimane Prefecture. It is a Junmai Daiginjo sake that has been bottle-aged. It has the same taste and aroma that is characteristic of the Oroku Shuzo brewery, but it is very smooth and round on the tongue and down the throat. In addition, there is a thickening with a black honey taste. We can't get enough of it, it's just too good.

A classic Kame-no-o. It has a hard mouthfeel and a beautiful sweet and sour taste. It has been a long time since I drank it, but it is stable and delicious.

Omachi Sparkling Raw This is one of the brands that I once took care of when I was on a long business trip to Okazaki. Maruishi-san has a core flavor that is typical of Aichi, with an excellent aroma and sharpness, giving the impression that it is both deep and easy to drink. It is one of my favorite breweries.

Hiroki Shuzo is located in Aizu Sakashita town in Fukushima prefecture. They are famous for "Tobiroki", but I think "Izumikawa" is a local brand. It has a stronger taste than "Tobiroki". It's quite good---I liked it better than Tobiroki.

Asahi Taka is a local brand of Takagi Shuzo in Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture. You can get it in Yamagata prefecture (can you get it outside of the prefecture?). You can buy it in Yamagata Prefecture. This is the sake I drank when I went with a friend to the Awanoyu Onsen Miyoshoso in Oguni-machi, Nishioki, Yamagata Prefecture. Miyoshoso quit treating it as a lodging, and it became something that can never be experienced again. Sorry for the chit-chat. It is a memorable sake.

Okuda Sake Brewery in Daisen City, Akita Prefecture. It is also delicious. This is a brand that will give away the store you bought it from, but I highly recommend you drink it.

This is the mellow of Kuroda Sake Brewery in Oyabe City, Toyama Prefecture. We have confirmed that Kuroda-san brews R2BY, but we are not sure if he brews any more after that. It is a delicious sake that is crisp and sharp, but mellow. It is a sake to be enjoyed with fresh fish from Toyama Bay. It was delicious. It is the place where I want to drink again.

This is Shiramoroku from Arisawa Shuzo Brewery in Kamiichimachi, Toyama Prefecture, which probably doesn't make sake anymore. I don't remember the details of the taste, but it's a delicious sake that goes well with the food of Toyama. Another bottle is in another article.

Asamai Sake Brewery is located in Asamai-machi, Hiraga-gun, Akita Prefecture. It is one of my favorite breweries. I also visited the brewery. I think the sake here is just gentle, the mouthfeel, the aroma, the spread of the flavor. Everything is gentle, and it makes you want to know what kind of person the brewer is. Moriya-san, who brewed this sake, passed away in 2019. I stayed in Jumonji, Yokote City, where the brewery is located, just before he passed away, and I remember being impressed by how Moritani-san's name was roaring through the community. He is still brewing very gentle and relaxing sake. I really like him.
