Since I was in the Tama area, I had a bottle of Ozawa Sake Brewery's Honjozo Nama Sake in Ome. It was light, mellow, and went on and on. I like it because it is very easy to drink.

The Koizumi brewery that brews it is located in Futtsu.
I feel close to them because they are local.
