Delicious! Sweet! Not sweet in a boozy way, but sweet in a sugary way. The aftertaste is refreshing and delicious.

Sanskrit two in a row! It's a little sweet. There is a sweetness at the bottom, and then it hits you hard and then goes away. It's sweeter than I like, but I like it.

First time, brewer! Crispy! I like it. It was a bargain price. I like it better than the one I drank at the store before.

The Sekizen of old. A long time ago, I happened to see it in something, and I couldn't find it at all, so I looked for a liquor store in Nagano prefecture that carries it. I found it at Bic Camera in Shinjuku.
I miss it. It is made from various kinds of flower yeast, and the unusual smell is delightful. It has a strong sourness and sweetness, but it is a dry sake with a touch of alcohol. Is it a sake with a Hokuriku image? Does it make you feel like you're going to get drunk? It's not the direction I like, but I like it for its watery meaning and nostalgia.
In this one, I like the pink carnation yeast because it's beautifully sweet.

Good booze up front, less boozy in the aftertaste, love it! Not really the type of sake I'd choose, but I like it!

Huh? I was casually looking at the label on the back, and I realized that Yuho means UFO.
It is sweet at first and slowly becomes spicy. Tochigi-like sake with a strong taste. I like it even though it is sweet. It goes well with rice.

A drink that feels like water. A favorite. Sweet with a strong sake flavor. It is delicious. I like it better when the aftertaste is a little more smooth and spicy.

It's sweet, refreshing, and smells good.
If you think you don't like it, it might be good to drink in the latter half of a meal.
