Iwanokura is a brand distributed only in Kyushu by Tenzan Shuzo, the brewer of Nanada. It is clean and sweet. The aroma and acidity are low, but it is my favorite sake. The color of the label is also beautiful.
This is the first shot of the new year. This sake is made from 100% "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" sake rice, which was born in our hometown Ishikawa prefecture. The rice is polished to 46% in honor of the "Shiro" in the name. It is smooth on the palate, but the aftertaste is dry and crisp, making it easy to drink.
Melon-like aroma. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweet and dark taste spreads. The sweetness is strong, but there is a little sourness, so it has a nice aftertaste. It is my favorite sake.
This is a special sake brewed by the Yamagata family, who made a fortune in the shipping business, for gifts to their customers.
The taste was dry and refreshing.
A drink at an inn in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture. Suwa City has a big temperature difference and little humidity, so it seems to be a suitable place for sake brewing. It is one of the five Suwa breweries, Reito Shuzo. It has a sweet taste and a mild taste. It is a delicious sake.
I was lucky enough to buy it when I went to Saga. It's delicious. Too delicious.
It's juicy like a grapefruit, with a sweet and sour finish, but it's nice.
I can't get enough of the schwackiness.
I bought this local sake when I traveled to Nagasaki Prefecture. The label looks like New Year's. It has a slight sweet and sour taste of rice. It's a delicious sake.
Sake Mirai rice from Yamagata Prefecture is used in this product.
The moment you take a sip of it, the sweetness and flavor of the sake spreads.
It is a delicious sake!
The moment you drink it, you will feel the sweetness. After that, it has a crisp, smooth taste and is easy to drink.
Thanks to the liquor store owner who recommended it to me.
