Seasonal, I slipped into the brewery just before business hours and bought it ^ ^.
The regular one is good, but I knew it was a seasonal one ☃️
Kamisumi is more refreshing than I expected ✨.
It's spicy, but has a gentle sake lees flavor and sweetness ^ ^.
Nigori-nagashi doubles the tenderness of the sake lees! The finish is faint bitterness ^ ^.
A great accent!
