Is it ok to post something like this? ^^; I was in Sapporo for an event like this, and there are more and more good, mellow sake from Hokkaido. I recommend Goho.

Thanks for your comments. It is definitely a fun event. There is a place called Sapporo Raccoon Alley and it is sometimes held near there.
