Fourth glass, my first Furozumi. I think it was the most peculiar of all the drinks I had today. It is indeed a mature sake. But it has a nice peculiar taste. It tastes almost like caramel or nuts. It was of course delicious cold, but I think it would also be good on the rocks or warmed!

The third glass is Okuharima. Dry, is dry, but an easy-drinking cup 😳. The sweetness, softness, and richness of the rice are also well felt, and it is the kind of sake that should be heated up.

The second glass. I wondered what kind of taste it would have since it was labeled "Sake Degree +28," but it was surprisingly mild, with a rather bitter taste. I had never heard of this brand, but it was easy to drink. Yamagata is also a place full of great sake 😌.

Drinking with friends. The first bottle was a stable Kido. I introduced it to my baseball-loving friend as the Chiben Wakayama of the sake world. Gorgeous fruity, gentle and easy to pair with a meal. 🙆‍♂️ Kido is one of the brands that never betray you!
