It is said to have won an honorable mention at the Omachi Summit, a sake competition brewed with Omachi rice, and is priced at a reasonable 1,760 yen despite its high level of 50% polished rice (daiginjo standard). ☺️. Mild and elegant aroma. It was a well-balanced sake❣️.

Anyway, it was the kind of sake I like, not too sweet, and delicious as a medium sake 🥰. I had no idea what "kijoshu" meant, but it is a sake made by adding sake instead of brewing water in the final step of the three-stage sake brewing process. This was the first new version brewed with "Omachi" and the elegant sweetness and beautiful acidity made it drinkable as much as you wanted 😆. It was easy to drink and I could drink it to the end without getting bored 😄❣️

Summer sake. Generally, ogara-mi products are released in winter when freshly pressed new sake is available, but this sake was released in early summer. The owner of my favorite liquor store told me The owner of a favorite liquor store said, "You can make such a juicy sake" and it is the juiciest sake in the history of Sangrensei. ☺️. The rice grains are clearly visible for an orikarami. It has a fresh ginjo aroma and is really juicy. But it is not too sweet and the aftertaste is nicely integrated. I was very pleased with the taste 🥰. Delicious ❣️❣️"

The "M" series is a limited-quantity warehouse release. What does "m'21" mean? I found out that "m'21" means "M" of Meikyojosui, "M" of Makoto Osawa, the president of the brewery, and "M" of Minoru Osawa, the toji (master brewer). ☺️ Smooth and soft flavor. My husband says It is "delicious water". 😊. The price was only 1,650 yen and it was a really cost-effective and delicious sake.

Repost. I had the name of the brewery and the province wrong.... 🤣 This is a picture of a previous purchase. Anyway, I was attracted by the beauty of the label. I was invited to lunch by a friend, so I thought I would drink it with her. The elegant taste went very well with the delicious food. I had a happy time with my friend who is a good cook and delicious sake. Thank you 🥰

Today, I received a recommendation from Nakamura Sake Shop in Toride, my favorite sake brewery, as it was popular sake at the "SAKE MEETING 2022 Spring - Meet Ibaraki Sake" event held in Toride on April 23 this year. Mr. Fukaya, the toji of Takeyuki, happened to be there when I went to purchase the sake. I regret that I could not tell you how delicious it was because I had not yet drunk it at that time. Anyway, it was light, and the part where you could feel a little acidity was also refreshing and clean and tasty. I came to Ibaraki prefecture more than 30 years ago after I got married. I was reminded of how delicious Ibaraki Prefecture's sake is. I am so glad to hear that 🥰.

By the way, the sake my husband bought at the supermarket was so bad that I couldn't help but say "I'll get the sake, so don't buy it..." 😅 😅. I am thankful again how I used to buy good sake at my favorite liquor store. I'm sure I'm not the only one 🥰.

I remember drinking it before and it was delicious. I heard that Kochi prefecture has the largest forest area in Japan, so the water is filtered during the flow and then goes through limestone caves to become medium soft water with moderate minerals. One of their management philosophies is "to contribute to the happiness and spiritual richness of our customers", which is exactly what we are experiencing when we drink their sake. I am very happy to have a sake. Fruity and firm acidity. It was a beautiful sake with a delicious taste of rice.

The rainy season has started and the cold weather is continuing, so I thought it would be refreshing to try a cool labeled Sawa-no-Hana (flower of Sawa) 😊. The labels and flavors of sake change with the seasons, and it's fun to drink sake with a sense of the four seasons. I love the taste of sake.

The brewery's mascot is Sho Matsuoka, the handsome young heir to the executive director position at Matsuoka Brewery, who was created with the aim of making sake that everyone loves. The brewery uses mineral-rich natural water from the Chichibu mountain range, which is said to have the highest hardness in Japan and contains no iron. It is a delicious sake with not only a clean, light flavor, but also the delicious taste and depth of rice. A completely made-to-order KURAND CLUB limited edition brew. Rice: Sainokagayaki produced in Saitama Prefecture The label is really adorable❣️.

My son went to the brewery of Kuroryu on a trip to Fukui Prefecture four years ago and bought this as a souvenir. It is elegant and silky on the tongue. It is light, mild and dry. The moment I took a sip, I couldn't help but say "Delicious❣️". I would like to have this sake again 😊.

I rarely drink gin, but my son gave me this for Mother's Day because it is delicious. Made in an original Japanese brewer, it is a craft gin with botanical aromas of juniper berry, yuzu, Kawagoe tea, and several other botanicals, and is made with natural (soft) water from the UK🇬🇧 and soda, which gives it a refreshing finish. It was a refreshing drink that went very well with the food. I liked it very much. ❣️

Almost similar color labels. The bright golden Gin-Otome has a clean acidity and the slightly darker golden Golden Wind is a really gentle sake with a gentle mouthfeel.
