Anyway, it was the kind of sake I like, not too sweet, and delicious as a medium sake 🥰.
I had no idea what "kijoshu" meant, but it is a sake made by adding sake instead of brewing water in the final step of the three-stage sake brewing process.
This was the first new version brewed with "Omachi" and the elegant sweetness and beautiful acidity made it drinkable as much as you wanted 😆.
It was easy to drink and I could drink it to the end without getting bored 😄❣️
