When the lid is opened, the mellow aroma fills the air.
When you take a sip, you can feel some gas, a hint of acidity, and a clean sweetness. The mouthfeel is light and does not interfere with meals.
I am a fan of Sentori, so I would like to try a different Sentori again.
This sake is from my wife's birthplace.
I heard it is called "Gomen-shu", which means official sake of the Edo Shogunate.
It has a classical taste and is quite delicious.
Slightly refreshing.
I visited this place for an after party with friends.
Sorry I drank so much before that I forgot what sake tasted like...
The fried daikon radish was amazingly delicious.
The words "completely limited edition" tempted me to buy it.
Yum! A clean aftertaste. Slightly fruity?
A little carbonation. But there is almost no habit. Just like water.
It's a horrible thing that you can't help but gobble it up.
Thank you very much.
I went to Miwa, the birthplace of sake making, so I stopped by Imanishi Sake Brewery to purchase a bottle.
Mmmm, I can feel the umami of rice... The slight gasiness and melon-like fruity taste are also good...
The water from Mt. Miwa is said to be soft, so it is very light and mellow on the palate.
I think I love soft water sake.
I can gobble it up without any snacks.
It's an easy-drinking sake, so I'm sure it goes well with a variety of dishes.
It was delicious, thank you very much.
I bought it because of the cool metallic label.
It says "banana-like aroma and acidity," and yes, it is banana-like. Yes, it is banana-like.
However, it is a young, green banana. It has sweetness and acidity, like a white wine.
I had it chilled, but I guess it would taste different at room temperature.
Thank you very much for the treat.
Fruity and nice aroma.
The wine was poured into a wine glass so I could fully enjoy the aroma.
It has a full and sweet flavor, but it is not too fussy, so it can be paired with a variety of dishes.
Yes, it was delicious.
I didn't hesitate to order it because I thought it was unusual as it was a French sake.
I heard they use wine yeast?
It is easy to drink and tasty with a sour taste.
I remember it, but I was so pleasantly surprised that I forgot the details.
Purchased because of the interesting label.
The aroma was soft and fluffy when the lid was opened.
When I drank it, I felt a hint of sourness.
The taste is youthful.
I have a feeling that after another day or two, it will have a different taste.
It's so light on the palate that I guzzled it down in gulps, but didn't drink the whole bottle and will save it for tomorrow.
Postscript.
Re-drank 2 days after opening the bottle.
I think the acidity increased a little.
But it's so mild on the palate that I'd drink it in gulps (I'm drinking it right now).
It may not be the way to go, but it's good on the rocks.
