I bought it because of the cool metallic label.
It says "banana-like aroma and acidity," and yes, it is banana-like. Yes, it is banana-like.
However, it is a young, green banana. It has sweetness and acidity, like a white wine.
I had it chilled, but I guess it would taste different at room temperature.
