When drunk normally, it is not so much a strong acidic taste. If you cool it down in a cold glass and drink it quickly, you will feel a sense of refreshment as if it were a summer sake. Compared to the original, I thought it would have less aroma, but after drinking it again, it is easy to drink and tastes great!
It is like Japanese sake. It goes well with rice. However, it does not impress with its delicious taste. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste, and it wears off quickly. Is this what light and dry sake is all about?
