I imagined that sake made from rice would be sweet and sour. I imagined it would be sweet and sour, but it is very tasty 😋.
Fruity and umami, but somewhat light. I want to drink it in summer.
Is summer raw sake the egg of Hiyayogoshi?
Good aroma, rich, thick, smooth, umami, spicy and sharp.
Surprisingly easy to drink like a summer sake🙆
Be careful not to chill it too much. I prefer it when the temperature is higher👍.
