モリThe much-talked-about productive soil. I was fortunate enough to get a re-release from the online store of a special distributor. It was quite gassy and cloudy with a little bit of briquettes in it. The aroma was quite subdued. The taste is also mild and low alcohol, and combined with the sense of gas, it gives a quite refreshing and gentle impression. However, the balance of umami, sweetness, and sourness is excellent. It can be drunk on its own or with a refreshing meal such as sashimi. I think it is similar to Moribari from Matsumoto Shuzo in Kyoto. Mr. Hidehiko Matsumoto also went to Hananohana Shuzo for his training, so I guess they share the same philosophy about sake. Of course Moribari is delicious right after opening the bottle, but I like it better the next day when the taste is more relaxed. So I thought I'd try the Sando the next day, but it was so good that I ended up finishing the whole bottle (lol). I was also able to make a reservation for the Homasu that will come out in February, so I'm looking forward to that.

モリEikoh is one of the representative sake of Fushimi, Kyoto. However, living in Kyoto, I see it all the time in pubs and supermarkets, so to be honest, I don't really feel the need to drink it. And when I actually try it, I get the impression that it's very Fushimi-like and orthodox, but on the other hand, it doesn't have much in the way of characteristics (sorry, Eikoh fans...). (Sorry Eikoh fans...). (Sorry, Eikoh fans...) Of course, high class sake is delicious. But this 24h is overwhelmingly delicious. I was so impressed with it the first time I drank it in 19BY that I drank it every year from 20BY to 21BY, and each year I drank multiple bottles. There are slight differences from year to year, but the main characteristic is the sweet, floral aroma that reminds me of flowers and honey. The taste is also very pronounced. Juicy is the perfect word to describe it. However, it is not overpowering because it has a clear and crisp bitterness and freshness of gas. If you focus only on the sweetness, it's too sweet, and if you focus only on the bitterness, it's too bitter, but somehow, in total, it blends well. Personally, I think it is a brand that should be talked about more.

モリHow can I say this... Everything is too perfect. I was impressed by the fact that such a delicious sake existed. The aroma is fruity and floral. The taste is rich and sweet, but the acidity, bitterness, and gassiness combine to give it a gorgeous and somewhat refreshing feel. The aftertaste is exquisite, not too harsh and not too sharp. The balance is so perfect that there is nothing to complain about. It has the flavor of Omachi, but with an overall gentleness. It is a sake that you can drink endlessly. It was right in the middle of my personal taste.

モリI was able to purchase this by chance when I went to Kyushu on a business trip. It was my first Nabeshima, but I didn't like it much. It was my first Nabeshima, and I personally didn't like it much (I prefer a stronger aroma and flavor). However, it is a very beautiful and refreshing sake, so I can understand why it has many fans.

モリPurchased at a local specialty store. It has a fruity aroma, thick flavor, some gas, and a clean finish. The balance is very good.
