Daimine's cup of sake. It was about 300 yen for 100 ml. Small and cute lol. It has a very soft mouthfeel, with aromas of muscat, apple, and melon. It is not bitter or acidic, but the aftertaste is clean and sharp. I think it is more appropriate to say that it fades away than to say that it runs out. Overall, it is fluffy, gentle, and delicious. I was surprised to see such a high level of sake even in a cup, and at the same time, this size is convenient for when you just want a quick drink, and I would be happy if more sake breweries would release more of them.

Sweet and sour with the aroma of wooden vats. The best taste. I felt some astringency in the aftertaste, so I left half and will drink it again in a couple of days. I have another bottle of the same lot, so that one is for aging. It looks like there will be a last lapis soon, so I'm hoping to get a bottle or two...

The aroma conveys a strong acidity. The taste is intense sourness + apple or pear. In other words, apple cider vinegar? Overall, there is a mild, smooth sweetness and fruitiness that is followed by acidity. The aftertaste is not excessively bitter or stimulated by alcohol, and the acidity and citrus-like bitterness cut through the aftertaste nicely. I found myself emptying a bottle in no time at all. It's so hard to find...

First Koei Chrysanthemum. I was curious about Hello and others, but the price was quite good, so I didn't touch it after all. The aroma is mild. The taste is mildly sweet, but there is also a clear citrus acidity and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste that seems to come from the gassiness. It was exactly as the name implies: lush, fresh, and refreshing, and absolutely delicious! This is the type of wine that will surely be a hit with Shinmasa fans. lol

It's been a while since I've had this one, so I'll spare you my impressions. I drank the regular honjozo so long ago that I couldn't even compare, but I knew the instrumental was delicious and cosy!

Purple label raw. I had tried Nabeshima before and thought I didn't like the green fire-brewed version, but I thought it would be good if it was a Jungin of Yamada-Nishiki, and even better if it was a draft! So I bought it. And as it turned out, it did not suit my palate again lol. I can't describe it well, but it lacks the jerseyiness of the aroma when it enters the mouth, or the fullness of the flavor.... I guess there is a big gap between the fruity or sweet taste and the taste I had imagined based on the word-of-mouth. It certainly has a fruity ginjo aroma and sweetness, but overall it was a refreshing sake. It's really a matter of taste, and I can kind of understand why it's so popular.

The aroma is capricious? Fruity, with a hint of alcohol. When I put it in my mouth, there is a gentle sweetness, but I don't think I can feel it much because it is overpowered by the gas. When the tingling of the gas subsides, the bitterness, astringency, and acidity come and go. Overall, I thought it was a little different from what I was expecting. As I warmed the glass with my hand and raised the temperature, I could smell the tang of alcohol, but the texture became much smoother and I could feel the sweetness. I still have about two cups left, so I think I'll raise the temperature a little and drink it.

Lactic acid aroma I can feel the complexity of the wooden vat in the acidic taste. It's full but very clear, and I didn't feel any alcohol at all, so I found myself without a bottle. It's sake, but it's not sake. Between wine and sake? It's good to have a fragrant sake, but it's also fun to drink this kind of sake while thinking about how it goes with food! I'm really impressed with Shinsei!

This is a picture of an empty bottle, but it was a beautiful amber color. Lactic acidic aroma with yogurt-like acidity mixed in with the sweet aroma. The taste is like a tart, sweet and sour honey, but from the middle of the bottle, I can feel the alcohol tingling. Not in a bad way by any means, but this gave me a refreshing impression. Surprisingly, I thought it might not be bad as a food wine.

Cape-like sweet aroma, like pineapple. Fruity and distinctly sweet, but well-balanced with acidity and bitterness, this sake is easy to understand and delicious. It's no wonder it's so popular. The cost is also quite good, isn't it?

I've been comparing and contrasting Nichijozo's Musha Shugyo! On the right is the first batch, Tanaka Rokugo (raw sake), and on the left is the second batch, Shichibondari (fire-retarded). The left one is the second one, Shichibondari. (If you think about the gaseous feeling of the Moribari, it doesn't mean that there is no gaseous feeling from the beginning...?) First of all, the raw sake tasted like a very thin apple juice. What was interesting was that the apple taste usually comes first, but in this case, the apple taste came out from the middle to the end. The fire-roasted one was like a thinner version of Pokari? LOL! It's hard to describe, but it didn't have much of a fruitiness to it. I just felt the sweetness and sourness in an elegant and understated way. To be honest, it was too elegant for my taste. However, it was a very beautiful sake without any unnecessary alcohol, bitterness, or miscellaneous flavors, and I felt that it was made with solid skills and attention to detail. As a resident of Kyoto, I can't help but look forward to the start of sake brewing in Fushimi in earnest.

When I bought a bottle of Hanayo-yoku, I was asked to buy another bottle of sake, so I did. I remembered that I had drunk some Gangi in the store before and it was delicious, so I decided to go for this one. I was surprised when I poured it into a glass. It smelled like a pineapple. I was surprised when I drank it. It's really pineapple. But it's not very sweet, it's more dry. I guess the bitterness is stronger. As the temperature rises, the pineapple flavor increases even more. It was a coincidence that I came across this delicious sake.

To be honest, I've never been a big fan of nigori sake. It's too thick, too heavy, too sweet... I love sake, but I don't like sakekasu or amazake either, lol. This time, at a standing bar that I often go to, I was recommended to order a bottle of Kido because it had just been opened today, and I hadn't had a chance to try it yet. It's not like I'm buying it in a bottle, so I don't have to worry about what to do with it if it doesn't suit my palate. That's why I ordered it, and my expectations were betrayed in a good way. First of all, it has a very fruity ginjo aroma. I guess it's like apples. Then, the gas is fresh and pungent. There is also the sweetness and rice aroma characteristic of nigori, but the aftertaste is very light. It was a wonderful nigorizake with freshness, freshness, and lightness, yet you could still feel the deliciousness of the rice.

Sweetness like apple and muscat. A slight bitterness brings it all together nicely, and it finishes off nicely. It is a fruity sake, but it also has a dry impression. I felt that the gas was very fine, which also gave it an elegant atmosphere.

It's sweet! It seems that the concept is to make sake exclusively for daytime drinking, and I was convinced after drinking it. Personally, I had the impression that it was like plum wine or noble rot wine. Especially the day after opening the bottle. Of course, it's not that sweet. I was already drunk the day I opened the bottle, so I don't remember much about the taste... I didn't get much of a lemony citrus feeling, but maybe my taste buds and sensibilities are wrong! Is there anyone else who felt it was more like plum wine? LOL! Anyway, the concept is interesting and I liked the taste, so I'm looking forward to the next one!

First time in my life, Hanayo! I found information about the arrival of this product on the SNS of a liquor store not far from where I can go, and cancelled all my plans after that and went to buy it, lol. The aroma is really pineapple. The pineapple is just as they say it is. The moment I drank it, I could feel the pineapple filling my mouth. But it wasn't as sweet or as dry as I thought it would be. The pineapple spreads in an instant and disappears quickly. It's not pineapple juice, but pineapple soju high! It's not a good analogy, but it's like that. I would like to try other kinds if I have a chance.

This is the new Aizan Arabashi (limited edition) from Shinzo, my favorite brand in Kyoto. Actually, I haven't had the regular Aizan yet, so I don't know what the unique characteristics of the Aarabashiri are... It's fruity, sweet, and rich. But the aftertaste disappears quickly. It has a gassy, fresh taste. It's just like Shinzo. I really like this kind of feeling.
