Nice to meet you, Saitama Omiya!
Thank you for the sake from Kagawa 😌.
This sake is made with "Sanuki olive yeast" and "white malted rice" and has a characteristic acidity 😊.
This is good. I picked it up by accident, but was lucky to find out later that it was a limited edition. This brewery has a good lineup, so I want to try more!
This is the brewery of my memories that sparked my interest in sake. I was afraid to drink it for the first time in a long time for fear of ruining my good memories, but my fears were unfounded. To put it simply, it was light and dry. It is clear and smooth, with a short aftertaste, and has a great sharpness. The clear, refreshing taste must have been a shock to me at the time. The aroma is subtle. It was the best bottle that fit into my body so easily.
Sweet scent. A very sweet scent. The aroma changes the atmosphere. Just looking at the taste, you can feel the lineage of Bunraku. It is different from sara. But it is characteristic. Very delicious. I always get new discoveries from this brewery. I am presumptuous.
