KATSUTOSHI Buy fresh liquor just arrived at the store and put it in the cellar! Looking forward to drinking it 😁. Shigemasu, I immediately had it well chilled. It's delicious. It's delicious. It has a freshness and sharpness to it, and mellow, you can enjoy a variety of flavors. The bottle is also quite cool 😆! I think it's quite good as a food sake.

Oh, it's good. Really, sparkling sake. Well, I finished a bottle in no time. What's the alcohol content? 13 degrees. They kept it down nicely 😊. It was refreshing enough to go down with a gulp, but still had the taste of sake, which is quite different from sparkling wine. It is well secondary fermented and has a sparkling taste. The bottle is cool too. I was very lucky to have such a limited edition sake. ✌️

Purchased and put in the cellar! Looking forward to drinking it😊. Finally opened the bottle! Mmmm, good! The sharpness of the mouthfeel is all polished up, partly due to the coldness of -5 degrees Celsius. However, as you slowly sip it, you can feel the depth in it, which is strange. Perfect. I think this is the best sake I've had recently.

Purchased and put in the cellar! Love the fall coloring on the label👍. Looking forward to drinking it😊 Finally opened the bottle! Autumn sake, nice! This is what I enjoy about this time of year😊. It's refreshing and not heavy even though it's junmai. It is rather light. This Hato Masamune is from Aomori? It was the first sake I had when it was recommended to me by the store, and it was delicious!

Purchased and put in the cellar! The labels are cool 😎. Mr. Nabeshima is cool these days 🆒. Looking forward to drinking it😊 -Cooled to 5 degrees for perfect condition and finally opened the bottle! Yum! One word. It is a hiya oroshi, but it really has a slight gassy feeling. It has a refreshing, fruity taste, and the umami of rice. It made me want to eat some delicious white meat sashimi. But still, it's not good! I'm going to go gulp it down! Sake is wonderful! It was a sake that made me think 👍

Get the standard Tasake. 1560 yen without tax. Purchased and put in the cellar! Looking forward to drinking it😊. Finally, the bottle is opened! This Junmai-shu from Tasake is a delight with the flavor of the rice. It is not heavy, but has a clean and sharp taste. Dry" is another way to describe it. At the store, we were limited to one bottle per customer, but if possible, we would like to keep this sake as our house sake.

Well, it is delicious. Despite being a junmai "large" ginjo, the flavor of the Hachitan-Nishiki rice can be felt well. This is a sake that should be chilled to a crisp -5℃. Recommended!
