It's good! It's like the bad taste of sake has been filtered out and only the pleasant sourness and umami have been extracted clearly. The good ones don't have the uncomfortable reaction to the taste buds that you get from drinking alcohol. If I wanted to, I could gulp it down like Aquarius! I don't want to, but... lol
