Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 17-18%. When the bottle was first opened, gas was released from the inside. Since it is chilled, it is hard to smell the aroma, but it is fruity! The gas seems to dance on the tongue! The taste is rich, but very refreshing without feeling the high alcohol content. The acidity is also low. This is an easy to drink, delicious and scary sake 😁. I would like to enjoy the changes in taste over the next few days: ‼️ Second day Sourness in the aroma Weak but still dancing gas when you make it dance on the tongue Taste is thick and sour, but then sweetness is felt. I still enjoyed the different taste from the first day. For me, I prefer it right after opening. This is a sake to be drunk too much.
