A friend of mine sent this to me. Unfortunately, the price is totally out of proportion. Tatenogawa Kame-no-o, which we compared, is definitely better.
Fresh pineapple aroma, sweetness. It has just the right amount of Nabeshima character and the piquancy of nama-shu, and it is easy to see why it is so popular.
It is a noble sake, but not very sweet. However, the aftertaste is impressive with an overwhelming depth of context. A good sake with a good balance of mouthfeel.
A touch of coziness. The aroma is melon-like. The peak of the flavor is when the bottle is opened, after which the bitterness becomes stronger, but the flavor has a certain fan base.
Acid. Pleasant acidity. Abbe has a good use of acidity and at the same time, a good balance of sweetness and sharpness in the aftertaste, which does not disappoint. A good sake.
Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki raw. Aged in the refrigerator for six months. The malted rice feeling of the raw sake is gone, and the aroma of pineapple can be directly felt without any unpleasantness. Delicious.
Manufactured in June and shipped in September, it is sweeter than 2019, so tastes may vary. If you like a sweet aftertaste, go for 2020. If you want a more complex taste, go for 2019.
The white bottle is beautiful. A lot of people have said that this year's X-type is delicious, but I think it depends on the person. The sweetness is moderate, but the clarity and acidity are the best. The interesting thing is the R. If you want to pair it with a meal, this is the one. If you can buy it at the regular price, it is a good sake including the price.
Daiginjo. Namazume. It's great no matter when or where you drink it. Because it is a Daiginjo, the aroma is a little more pronounced than usual. Because it is a namaizume, it does not deteriorate much after opening the bottle, so you can enjoy it until the end. I'm just thankful that I was able to buy it from a good liquor store and enjoy it at home with my good friends.
Manufactured in February 2021 and shipped in September. It has the usual stable complexity of Mokke-derived and Misoshiki-derived ingredients. The price is high, but not over 5,000 yen, and just barely manageable. It would be a shame to see it go.
Special junmai fire-hardened.
It is sweeter than I imagined. From the aroma, you can sense the Jikin character, and for this price, I have no complaints.
