Colors drinking comparison. Viridian 2020 It is a heavy wine. It may be lighter than in the past, but it has a depth that can be paired with any meal. The acidity on the palate and the light wooden vat. And a heavy aftertaste, probably from Misato Nishiki. It is no wonder that my friends always open this bottle when they come over to my house.

Colors drink comparison. Ash Suiboku. Too light even though it is Kame-no-o. It has no complexity at all. However, the acidity of the head and the feeling of the wooden vat are clear, so it must be easy to drink and well received.
