I like this series so much I bought it again this year. There is enough acidity that the cap flew off when I opened it. There is a fruity sweetness. It is dense and slightly sticky on the palate. This is the second time I bought it. This year I went for the dark blue strips. It has a spicy acidity on the tongue. Fruity and mellow with some bitterness. The aftertaste is good, not too long.

I reserved a bottle of my favorite Koshi's Risshun morning pressing and drank it on the same day ♡. It has a different texture than the usual Koshi feel, with a higher texture of rice. Overall, it is sweet and refreshing. The aftertaste is a bit heavy. There is enough acidity to even bubble in the glass. ** Day 2 postscript! The sweetness that is typical of Koshi seems to have become stronger. The slight bitterness is also moderate.
