I reserved a bottle of my favorite Koshi's Risshun morning pressing and drank it on the same day ♡. It has a different texture than the usual Koshi feel, with a higher texture of rice. Overall, it is sweet and refreshing. The aftertaste is a bit heavy. There is enough acidity to even bubble in the glass. ** Day 2 postscript! The sweetness that is typical of Koshi seems to have become stronger. The slight bitterness is also moderate.
