It is surprisingly difficult to find a sake that goes well with tuna and chutoro (medium fatty tuna), but with this, you can always serve it without worry. It is especially good with heshiko, so it is very useful in our house.

Sea bream and tuna also went well together. As the chutoro (medium fatty tuna) became fatty, the sharpness of the sake gradually the condition changes and this could be good too!

I thought I would try Junmai Daiginjo once in a while. It has a sweetness that goes surprisingly well with rice. I remember the first sake I drank after my first daughter was born was this one that I opened with my grandmother in Tsuruoka.
