Recently, I have been drinking a lot of sour sake, so I bought the Shungin, wondering between this and the Peach Nigori from the Ryujin Shuzo brewery. This is delicious! Fruity and sweet. I like it because it is not too sweet. It was delicious.

Slightly sour. A little like yogurt. It has a strong alcohol taste, but it has a refreshing aftertaste. It is my favorite taste. I bought it at the liquor department of Keio in Shinjuku before cherry blossom viewing. But I didn't end up drinking it at the hanami.

My father is going to be hospitalized and undergoing surgery tomorrow, so I opened all the Hana-yosu I had on hand the day before when my sister and her husband visited. Now is the time to open the best sake. I'm not going to be generous. I'll prepare even better sake when he gets out of the hospital and gets better! My father complained that I opened the bottle even though I had been banned from drinking since the day before I was admitted to the hospital for surgery (laughs). The order of what we drank that day was Miyama Jun Dai opened the day before -> Yamada Jun Dai Ori -> Ginpu Next was Omachi and Omachi Ori, but I didn't get to them💦. But three kinds of Hana-yosu in one day's evening drinking is luxurious🌸. Yamada Jundai is soooooo thick! This is a favorite of both the drinking girls and the not-so-drinking girls alike! It's not only the taste of the sake that is concentrated and thick with umami, but it's also umami-yummy and sharp. Amani-ga. Dark and not weirdly bitter. It smells sweet, but it's not bitter in the throat, but it's a balanced and sharp bitterness (vocabulary). By the way, I drank it that day. My brother-in-law, who is from Niigata, and my sister, who is satisfied with a cup of sake. My brother-in-law - Miyama was the best and shocking, my sister - Yamada Jundai, and myself - Ginpu. Only on the first day. They all taste better on the first day than on the second day. In the end, I couldn't open them all. I'll drink the Omachi as a discharge gift. I'll look for something else💕

Just in January, when I was able to buy Miyamanishiki jun-dai, I was able to purchase three bottles, which was rare. Today is the last bottle. Now I know what I didn't know because I started drinking and drinking in January... this is the OF THE PINEAPPLE!!!! The sweetness you feel in the back of your throat the moment you put it in your mouth. But is it the smell that makes it feel sweet? Finishes with a slight bitterness. But the bitterness in the aftertaste is not persistent. But it feels sweet. Tomorrow I will compare 5 bottles of Huayouyu alone at home! (I couldn't wait and drank the Miyama.

I thought I gave it to you yesterday, but it disappeared... It's a bit cloudy when poured into a glass because it's an ogoragami. I'm happy to buy sake bottled today and drink it on the same day! The sweetness is not upfront, unlike what I expected from the usual Hana-Hanayo. It has a strong aftertaste, but the sweetness doesn't linger in the mouth. But pineapple! This is delicious. I think there were more people in line than usual, but I wonder if this variety is popular or if it was just a coincidence. Day 2. Maybe it tastes better than yesterday. It's starting to taste like the Ginpu we had the other day.

Sweet sake is justice! I was so impressed with this sake when I drank it before, and now I can't wait to drink it after the Huayouyaku Ginpu Jun Dai! Today's Tasake, on the second day of opening, is even better than the first day. It's mellow, smooth, and has no sting at all, and it's great!

The luxury of drinking sake bottled today, on the same day! Taste thicker than Miyama Jun Dai. It is mellow and has no harshness at all. I wondered how this flavor could be compared to the pineapple flavor that I had heard so much about. I realized that I was right. I'm drinking Tazake now, and it's easy to drink because Ginpu doesn't have that much sweetness. Delicious! Today, the second day It was softer on the palate and tastier than the one I drank yesterday. It's softer today, too. Yesterday's was especially softer and had a mellower column. Day 34. I recommend drinking all of this sake on the first day. Not on the fourth day.
