Memorandum. This sake was also purchased at a liquor store in Tokyo. Spring sake to be drunk in summer. The fizz has subsided considerably, and there was not as much acidity as I had expected. However, I enjoyed it with pickled firefly squid, Oh, my! Oh, my, oh, my, it goes well with it. It's irresistible. Delicious. Not deep in a good way, shallow. It was such a gentle sake 🍶, like an apple 🍎 fresh wind 🍃 passed through.

Memorandum. Drinking sake at a friend's house in Tokyo during Obon vacation. I didn't know it was a local Miyagi sake. LOL! The owner recommended it to my friend I was so happy to find out that the owner recommended it to a friend of mine who said she liked The owner recommended it to his friend, who likes it clear and dry! It's so refreshing! Endless talk on a midsummer night. The never-ending sake. Tomorrow too, right? We'll drink, won't we? That's right. LOL! Drinking local sake in Tokyo is like meeting a relative. But solid is not the same thing as hard. That's how I felt about this sake.

Memorandum. I was struck by the chrysanthemum series. It was delicious. I recommend it. If a nice person said to me, "I recommend it," I wouldn't buy it, I would not not buy it. Yes, I would. I'm still trying to avoid drinking sake because it's high in calories and I tend to drink too much of it. But I can't resist Kangiku. LOL! It's so delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡! Oh, man, this is a ramune for adults, Kita yo, Kita yo! I wanted to try other colors too. A rewarding drink on a very hot day🍶. Thanks.

Memorandum. This is another favorite local drink. Summer, After having accomplished a lot of big challenges in June for me. I wanted to take a breather and reset. A crisp, dry, unpasteurized sake. It works well. I should be able to get eggplant. It was such a good sake for the evening. Sasanishiki from Ichihasama. Suki. I prefer the green hode nasu in winter, though.

Summer is here. Today at the Kesennuma Bonito Festival We were served free bonito nigiri at the Kesennuma Bonito Festival today. It was delicious, with a nice aroma of raw bonito and tataki sushi, and the oil on top made it tender and refreshing! Thanks to the fishermen and the festival committee members.... We were in a good mood and bought some summer sake. I was told that it is a sake to drink with a peaceful feeling, to make the earth a round place. I picked it up because it was the day I was feeling so good. It was the summer sake I wanted to drink now. It's great with steamed clams, which I bought as a souvenir.　Close your eyes and let your mind become nothing. And thank you and I guess that's all I can say. The sweetness of the rice, the deep flavor, and the long aftertaste that permeates all five organs. It is a sake that makes you feel smooth and flat to the core 🍶. Maruni Boichi. This is a good sake for reconciliation and a gift for companionship. May the world be at peace.... it's okey!

At a secret place Camping for the first time in my life: ⛺️ I finally got into camping. Insects, being outside, I had never been able to do it in my life. But people change so easily. Knocking out. Mooo that was great. The sound of the river, under the big tree, Cooking with my own hands. I love the handsome chrysanthemum I had a jukinmu. It's the best. It's a bit gassy, but sweet like a fresh green apple 🍏 and muscat, with a bit of bitterness, Oh, it's a vigorous fermented raw sake with a lot of energy. We drank it all in one night. It was also great with a slice of lemon🍋 in hot wine🍷. We will be back for more camping! it's okey!

My Best Sake 🍶 since I first drank it a few years ago. Muscat, green apple 🍏. Mellow and the acidity bounces off the tongue. It's smooth, sweet and umami, and doesn't need any side dishes or accompaniments. Refreshing and fresh. This one bottle is just the kind of flavor that makes one's heart dance. It is perfect to drink on a nice, sunny day. It goes well with a party with friends. I'm going with this one! This is the sake that will make you make such a decision. Hodenasu is a dialect word, It's not really suitable as a gift, It's not really suitable for a gift, but it's a recommended sake that tastes so good that it becomes a hodenasu. LOL! It was a lot in November 2024, It's ok👍It's a good one, but I'm not sure if it's suitable as a gift or not. it's ok👍
