At my favorite secret inn. It was my first time to drink it. I was tasting four different kinds of local sake on my trip, I was tasting 4 different kinds of local sake during the trip, and one sip of Jyushi-Daiyo took it all away. What? It's that good? What happened? The Tohoku Rokkonsai spread on my tongue! Delicious. Kaoru sake. Fruity and gorgeous. Like pear🍐, like Yamagata fruit, Fruits have dreams. Floral. Sophisticated and elegant. Long aftertaste. A representative sake of Tohoku. It is a middle harvest of Omachi. Jyushidai is here. A heavyweight. Light and sweet. It has a light, sweet taste. It was bliss for my body and soul. The 14yo is brilliant!

Shisora. I would get a sake made by a female toji-sama. I like the cute polka dot design and font. Nigori. Maybe because the entrée was homemade pickles, Pink grapefruit, The fermentation of rice and koji (yeast malt) hits your tongue. It is mild and full-bodied. I think it's medium-hot. Here is what the female staff recommended! Keisen Konkon, light nigori, raw sake. Fresh, a certain nigori sweetness, pineapple🍍, and energetic. It finishes with a crisp finish.
