One of the brands in our stock that we are too lazy to drink!
This is my first Kinjaku!
I drank it without any preconceptions, but it was unexpectedly sweet and delicious 😆.
I don't know how to describe it.
It's more sweet than fruity, which I like very much!
I have quite a bit of stock that goes to waste over time, and this is one of them!
This is my first time drinking a Junmai Daiginjo from Shinshu Kamerei 😊.
The fruity taste continues from the beginning to the middle of the bottle and the acidity in the aftertaste is pleasant and delicious!
Miyakanbai's summer sake!
It is a type of sake that does not have much sourness in the aftertaste!
It is delicious with a sweet taste with few habits!
Miyakanbai is a good brand for sake beginners 😊.
I just recently drank a Gononnojyo.
I also drank Roku-no-joi!
There is nothing to say about the deliciousness of the bubbly sweetness and umami that is characteristic of San-do!
It is best when it is cooled down to a crisp!
San-do is the perfect summer sake 😆.
First Tochigi sake, first Senkou
I chose "Kabutomushi", a famous summer sake!
My first impression was apple vinegar!
Fruity apple taste followed by a strong acidity!
I don't know much about it yet, so I can't say for sure, but it's a type of sake I've never had before!
I couldn't stop pouring 😊.
I drank it almost in one night!
It was a different taste of summer than other summer sake!
Good evening, Mr. Tarari 😃.
Congratulations on your first Tochigi sake 🍶, the first Kabutatushi ㊗️ 🎉I still have this year's waiting in the fridge 😅I love drinking it every year 🤗Enjoy the other Tochigi sake too 👋
Good evening Jay & Nobby 😊.
Thank you for your comment 😆.
In Tochigi, we have Hello World coming up, which is also Sentori!
We hope to reach out to other breweries in the future 😁.
There are too many sakes to drink and too many stocks!
Low-alcohol 9% sake brewed with modern Yamahai
It seems that they want people to drink it in active situations such as camping and festivals!
It has a sweetness like a noble sake and a refreshing taste after drinking 😊.
You can drink it in large gulps!
Ohmine summer sake to follow the summer's arrival.
Jade from Akabu 😊.
There are so many summer liquors with fresh and attractive labels, it's hard to decide which one to buy!
This one is a 13% low alcohol.
It's more grapey than muscat.
It is easy to drink and tastes great with just the right amount of acidity 😁.
This is my first Ohmine!
The label is fashionable too😄.
The attack is soft, then the muscat flavor comes and disappears with the sourness.
This is a summer sake, isn't it?
The fact that it doesn't have much of a lingering aftertaste is something I haven't tasted before!
Once you get used to this feeling, it becomes addictive!
I would like to try a different Ohmine!
Good morning, Tarari 😃.
Congratulations on your first Daimine ㊗️ 🎉!
This one looks delicious 😋We have only had it in winter 🥲I'd like to try it in summer 😊.
I just got the Roku-no-brewery,
I finally got my hands on Gonnojyo!
Shuwashu, sweetness, umami, and minerality!
I can't stop, I can't stop!
Nothing to say about it!
Pineapple! My first impression was that it was fruity, juicy and luxurious.
There is a slight sourness in the aftertaste, which is a perfect example of the chrysanthemum's character 😄.
Yunokou, a rice produced in Iwate Prefecture, is polished to 30%-5% and brewed at ultra-low temperature fermentation.
The sweetness is not too strong and there is a sharp aftertaste.
I thought it might be a little less fruity than typical Akabu, but I thought this was the concept 😄.
It is a surprisingly addictive and unstoppable type of sake!
I like it fruity without any clutter from the attack to the middle!
It is very tasty with a slight sourness at the end.
When I drank it at the store before, I thought it was more sour, so my impression has changed.
I think it is especially good the day after the bottle is opened, when the hardness is gone.
Sweetness, umami, and sourness are all in one.
I think it is relatively easy to drink for beginners.
Personally, I found it to be the type of sake that you can't stop drinking once you start!
The sweetness is typical of Akabu, and the acidity in the aftertaste is pleasant and delicious!
It is quite expensive, so regular Akabu may be sufficient.
I bought a bottle of Kangiku every time it was released, and I have a large stock of it!
I finally had a taste of Aizan!
It was fruity and easy to drink with low acidity, just the way I like Kangiku 😄.
Miraculously, I was able to get it!
It is called WHITE because it is made from white malted rice!
It tastes sweet at first, but as you sip it, you can enjoy various tastes and it's a type of sake that you can't stop drinking.
And it has a surprisingly nice sharpness.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I think the timing was good this time and I was able to buy it during the online battle, but it's not easy to buy it since the production is so small in the first place.
I'm looking forward to your future posts about your drinking experience 😄.
I opened a bottle of Jikin that I had been saving for GW. It was a bottle, so it took me a while to drink it!
The attack is smooth without any peculiarities.
The attack was smooth without any peculiarities, followed by umami and sweetness, and finally a hint of sourness, which was delicious!
Hello, Mr. Tarari, nice to meet you.
I'm very happy to see your post 🎵.
I saw your post and thought, "Yes, yes, yes! I was in agreement with you so intensely! I was in agreement with you so intensely 🍶.
Jikin is really delicious 😊.
