It has been a long-selling product since its release in 1983. We had this for dinner at a hot spring hotel. The price was ridiculously high, but it was delicious.

The last bottle of this popular seasonal sake was planned based on the image of an airplane passing over Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture, and landing at the end of summer with the sunset. As an autumn limited edition sake during the still hot season, it retains its freshness, and you can enjoy the sweetness and softness that is typical of Kangiku over the summer. It is also very cost-effective. It is a perfect bottle for this time of year when the lingering summer heat is severe. It was a little late to drink it, but it was delicious.

100% "Fukunohana" rice, a special rice cultivated under contract, is used. After bottling, the nigori sake, which is full of rice flavor, is further fermented in the bottle with yeast to seal in carbon dioxide gas. The moderate effervescence matches the fresh and crisp flavor, making it ideal as an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink. The label is decorated with a snowflake pattern. It can be enjoyed all year round, including celebrations and parties. ↓. We received this sake from my brother's preparation. Even my wife, who does not like nigori sake, enjoyed it.

We had this at New Kitano Zaka, an all-you-can-drink sake store in Sannomiya, Kobe. I was very happy to have a sake that was appropriate for the New Year! They are closing at the end of January, so I hope sake lovers will take advantage of this decision.

Nishida Sake Brewery was established in 1878 and is the only sake brewery in Aomori City. The name of the brewery, "Tasake," is based on the association of "rice field" and "rice," and means sake brewed only with rice. We go back to the basics of sake and brew genuine sake with style. Tasake" and "Kikusen" sake are not made in large quantities, but are instead made to be loved by the local community as local sake. We enjoyed it so much last time that we had it again this time. I want to buy it normally, I wonder if it is sold in Saitama...

Saku] used to make sake only during the winter months, but now they make sake all year round. SAKU] has gained trust and fans by providing us with a stable, high quality taste in all four seasons. Therefore, Saku has a strong image of freshness, and when you hear the word hiyaoroshi, you will be thrilled! Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture was chosen for Saku's hiyaoroshi. The synergistic effect of the gentle yet fragrant aroma reminiscent of hay, the round and mild acidity and the pronounced umami that comes from the summer passing is wonderful. The cool and calm aftertaste is reminiscent of the transient nature of autumn. Saku is one of our favorite brands.

The remarkable Shinmasa continues to take on new challenges under the leadership of 8th generation brewer Yusuke Sato. In 2014, the "colors" series was newly launched with a single rice brewing method. Starting from 27BY, all brewing is done with natural lactic acid bacteria. We do not use any brewing additives that are not required to be indicated on the label. Ecru is a fire-brewed product made by polishing Sakekomachi to 55% koji and 60% kake. It is a new taste of sake with a soft and sweet sake quality unique to Sakekomachi, accented by a graceful acidity. It is a sake with a new taste. The store is closing at the end of January. We hope that sake lovers will take advantage of this decision.

New Fresh Juicy Style "Takachiyo". Each of the hiragana "Takachiyo" series has its own "fruit" theme. The green label is "Pink Grapefruit"! The Green Label is a freshly squeezed, undiluted version of the Blue Label. The green label is a freshly squeezed, slightly carbonated version of the blue label. It is characterized by the volume of the freshly squeezed, undiluted sake and the refreshing fruity acidity that is typical of "Takachiyo"! The fruitiness is in full bloom, and the taste is as good as it should be! We recommend enjoying the dynamic flavor immediately after opening the bottle, and also enjoying the umami that opens up after being exposed to air after opening the bottle. In principle, we do not disclose the specifications of the Takachiyo series because we do not want you to imagine the taste with numbers. Please experience the intuitive deliciousness that cannot be expressed by numbers. Takachiyo series is delicious without fail. It is one of our favorite brands.

Kubota Senju" is the very origin of Kubota, first created in 1985 when Kubota was launched. The foundation of Japanese people's labor in the city was shifting from physical labor to intellectual labor, and they wanted to make a "light, dry" sake. By making fundamental improvements to the sake brewing process, Kubota achieved a clean, light, dry, yet mellow taste that was not for everyone at that time. Thirty-five years have passed since then. In keeping with the times, we have pursued an even more "refreshing taste that goes well with meals. We have made sure that the fermentation process is highly precise at low temperatures, and have increased the refreshing taste with less cloying flavors. We also maximized the effects of koji to create a wide range of flavors while maintaining the clean, refreshing, and light taste. We found it to be overwhelmingly tastier than Hyakusyu. It went perfectly with the nabe!

It is a very cost-effective sake that goes well with meals. A bottle of this delicious sake costs 2,530 yen! This is a very "good value" junmai ginjo. Kido is my favorite sake with great cost performance every time!

Isshaku-Suisei's first new sake Shiboritate! This is the freshly squeezed version of the standard sake "Tokubetsu Junmai Ryoshin". All sake rice is produced by the Gojome Sake Rice Research Association in Akita Prefecture. Sasanigori = light nigori or orikara. Fresh and crisp! A clear and juicy taste! It is truly a Calpis soda for adults! A luxury you can only enjoy during this season! Please enjoy it as soon as possible! Not quite as sweet as the Calpis Soda, but delicious!

~Kikyuusen ~Kikyuusen Ohama spring water is soft and suitable for fine quality sake, and the name "Kikyuusen" comes from the hope that people who drink sake brewed with this spring water will enjoy it for a long time to come. Kikyuusen" is the representative brand in Aomori of Nishida Sake Brewery, which brews the famous sake "Tasyu," which has won many gold medals at the National and Tohoku Sake Competitions. ~Ginjozo This sake is made with 55% polished Hanafukiyuki rice, which is recommended by Aomori Prefecture as a rice variety suitable for sake brewing, and Aomori Association No. 9 rice, which is known for its gorgeous ginjo aroma. Like Tazake, this special honjozo sake is carefully brewed using the kotai koji method. ~Cheap and delicious! Not only cheap, but actually delicious! It is truly an excellent value for money! It can be served lukewarm, but we recommend serving it cold to enjoy its crispness. It is a perfect match for edamame, yudofu, vegetable tempura, etc., where the slight aroma of ginjo and the flavor of rice can be appreciated even more deeply. It is a cheap and tasty evening sake. I drank it for the first time and it is very tasty. Too bad you can't buy it at a liquor store in Saitama!
