Dry and mellow, but easy to drink. Might go well with darker flavors.

It's been a while since I had this. Like a roller coaster, it starts gently and ends as a fruity sake, but then it changes its expression and the spiciness and mellowness quickly catch up with it.

The clarity of the rice is on par with Shinsei. The sweetness of the rice is brought out, and it is well-balanced with no cloying taste.

GTO
Nature spreading in your mouth. It is like water from a river flowing by an orchard. Not only Rtype, but also Shinsei is a brand that I would like people who don't like sake to try and judge it.

GTO
White malted rice wooden vat note. The acidity and sweetness like white wine is like a cat with its tail wagging freely. The base is of course Shinsei, but the changes are also interesting!

It has a very good balance of umami, sweetness, spiciness, flavor, and sharpness! Top class enough for a junmai ginjo!

A hot and spicy taste runs through you. But not too spicy, but not too spicy to be addictive.
