It has a refined and refreshing taste due to its high rice polishing. Compared to the usual Kangiku, I thought it was more drinkable. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
It is the usual Tobirazumi, but as one would expect from a junmai daiginjo standard, it is very refined. The price is a little high, but as a fan of Tobirazumi, I am glad to have experienced it.
Daisen is delicious with a sweet and savory flavor.
I had a bottle at an izakaya a while back and it was really good, but I haven't been able to find it since. Is it available at liquor stores?
I feel that when it is cold, the standard Yamamoto flavor comes forward more than the character of the No. 6 yeast. I think it will have a different flavor when drunk at a temperature of about Hanakairo.
