Immediately after opening the bottle, it tasted like Shinsei Ecru, but as the day went on, the flavor became heavier. It was my fault for catching a cold.
12% alcohol by volume. Fire-brewed, but fresh enough. It is delicious with a rummy and light taste. The price is a little high, but it is no wonder it is so popular.
As usual, the level is high. Despite its refreshing flavor, the alcohol content is high at 15%, so be careful not to get carried away and drink too much.
I enjoyed Yoshi from the same series, so I bought this one as well. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but the alcohol content is quite high at 18%. It is a good quality and in a sense, a good-cost sake that you can get drunk with a small amount.
Still fresh, juicy and delicious. Be careful as the alcohol content is high. If you don't mix the orikiri systematically, the orikiri will become very thick towards the end. This may be only for one bottle.
