Be careful when opening the package because it is foamy! So I opened it very carefully, but it was not as fizzy as I thought it would be. It was sweet and fruity, I guess. To be honest, it didn't go well with a meal. I think it is better suited to sipping sake alone. But I just checked and I heard that this sake is fire-brewed. So it might be great that it has this freshness. ★★★☆☆☆☆

I bought Tokujiro's summer sake again this year. It's a little late to drink it, but it's still delicious. It is great as a food sake or on its own. It is easy to find and inexpensive, and I personally would be happy if it doesn't become popular, but I guess it would be better for the brewer to sell it, so it's complicated. ★★★★★

I bought Bikuyo's summer sake for the first time. The goldfish label is cute. It has a citrus and melon-like flavor, acidity and freshness, and is a summer sake in full bloom. Since it is a Kochi sake, I paired it with bonito tataki, and it was delicious! (Just an assumption?). (Just an assumption?) ★★★★☆☆☆☆

I bought a 300ml bottle of "Tokusaginjo Kudokitoe", which is usually fire-aged, because I heard that it is a raw sake. To be honest, I can't tell the difference, but it is still delicious. It has a gorgeous flavor, but you can also enjoy the robust rice flavor. It is not a food sake, but rather a sake to be drunk slowly. I will compare it with hi-ire next time! ★★★★

It is an unusual drink made from malic acid, which is found in white wine. I think it is because I knew that before I tasted it, so it certainly looks like a white wine. I bought it again this year, Snowman. The fruity, muscat-like flavor is very current! Is it better to drink it slowly than with a meal? As a side note, I don't tell you that I shook the bottle so much that it overflowed about 1/3 of the bottle even though the label says "Do not shake".... ★★★★
