I bought it again this year, Snowman. The fruity, muscat-like flavor is very current! Is it better to drink it slowly than with a meal? As a side note, I don't tell you that I shook the bottle so much that it overflowed about 1/3 of the bottle even though the label says "Do not shake".... ★★★★

It was a while ago, but I bought another bottle of "Matsuo Boast - Re:make -", the best in the cosmopolitan world. It's so good! It tastes good even after it has been open for a while, so it's good to drink it little by little. ★★★★★

Here comes Tokujiro's hiyaoroshi. This year, too, it is as good as ever. It is crisp and has a soft sweetness and umami. It goes well with a meal, and it is also good for a leisurely drink. It's a great sake with good cost performance. ★★★★

I happened to stop by a liquor store and saw the last bottle, so I bought it without a second thought. It has a shwashiness, a refreshing acidity, and a citrus flavor. Wow, it's delicious this year, too. You can drink it like a summer sake! But if you drink it in a good mood, it will be gone in no time, so as for the cost performance.... But it's worth a try in the summer! ★★★★

Kido's Natsu-no-happu has recently become a standard summer sake. It has a crisp flavor with a strong acidity, as is typical of summer sake. It is quite difficult to match it with the right accompaniments! The taste is very good.

Purchased while on a business trip to Shizuoka. It has a sweetness of rice with a nice sharpness. It is easy to pair with a meal. The taste is very good.

It's been a while since I've had an instrumental Masamune. The official website says it has a grapefruit-like freshness, but it has more of a banana-like sweetness and aftertaste. It seems to be more pronounced, especially after a while after opening. ★★★☆☆☆☆

I drank it for the first time and it was freshly opened so it was light fizzy and refreshingly sweet. The store was nice, so I rated it 1.5 percent higher (a lie). ★★★★☆

If there is a new sake from Tenmei, which I love, I will drink it! When opened, it has a bubbly taste, and as it settles down, the sweetness of the rice can be felt more, but is it more of a crispy type? Personally, I prefer it freshly opened. ★★★★☆

I love Tokujiro again this year. I love its gorgeous aroma and fruitiness! It is also very easy to drink, but of course it is better to drink it slowly as a food wine. ★★★★☆

Slightly sweet, but refreshing. It's a little fizzy and goes down smoothly. And above all, it's a great price! I think it goes well with a meal, but it is also good to enjoy sake alone. I guess the ingredients and the brewing process are local, so it must be good for the body. ★★★★★

I've been drinking a lot of Sentori lately, but this is the first time I've had a Snowman, which I've been wanting to drink for a long time. It is sweet and really looks like champagne. I can see why it is so popular. However, it is difficult for me to evaluate it because I am a cost-conscious person.... ★★★★☆ Hasegawa 3850

I have always loved Gifu and used to visit there about once every two years, and I used to buy and drink it at the local liquor store. I was surprised when I heard that they were moving to Hokkaido, but was relieved to hear that they have become very popular. To be honest, I don't remember exactly what it tasted like before, but it's just as easy to drink! ★★★★☆

This is a limited time hiyaoroshi from the recently popular Sentori. It is said to be a blend of three different rice varieties...sourness, sweetness and a bit oaky. I couldn't really tell the hiyaoroshi feeling... but it is usually delicious. ★★★★☆

My favorite Tenmei!　It is also delicious! The sweetness of the rice is well balanced with a clean aftertaste. The label says it is a food sake type, but you can enjoy it just by itself. It is also very cost-effective, but be warned that a bottle will be gone in no time. ★★★★★
